September 18, 2012: Zone Resources Inc. (TSX-V symbol: ZNR) reports that further to its news release of
August 29th 2012, in which the Company reported that it was notified by a third party of a potential dispute over
certain claims pertaining to its Labrador Trough iron properties in the Nunivik region of northern Québec, those
claims are now all fully registered in the name of the Company with the Ministère des Ressources naturelles
et de la Faune. The Company has also re-confirmed with the vendor and the staker of the claims that the agreements
pertaining to the claims in question remain in full force and effect.
Currently the Company has, registered in its name, approximately 516 claim units (24,318 hectares or 60,091 acres)
known as the Girard property and 345 claim units (15,889 hectares or 39,264 acres) known as the Moore-Ross
property.
As stated in the August 29th 2012 news release, based on the facts as the Company understands them, the Company
believes the third party claim is without merit and is prepared to defend its position.
