March 14, 2012: Zone Resources Inc. (Zone) (TSX-V: ZNR) is pleased to announce the engagement of Mr.
Christopher Skidmore of Beat the Market Stock Picks to provide investor relations for the company, subject to TSX
Venture Exchange approval.
Mr. Skidmore has been retained to assist the Company with a strategic mix of corporate communications and investor
relations services aimed at increasing investor awareness. Under the terms of the agreement, Zone will pay Mr.
Skidmore $2,500 per month plus HST and grant options, according to the Company's stock option plan and the policies
of the TSX Venture Exchange, to purchase up to 125,000 shares for a period of two years. In accordance with
exchange regulation TSX Policy 4.4, Section 2.3 (b), these options will vest over a period of 12 months.
Beat the Market Stock Picks is an Investor Relations firm based out of Vancouver and specializes in identifying and
marketing early stage exploration and development projects within the mining sector. Beat the Market provides
detailed company analysis, corporate strategy, and marketing services to a broad investment community.
