Zone Resources Inc. Appoints New Director

April 15, 2011: Zone Resources Inc. (Zone) (TSX-V: ZNR) reports that the company has appointed Mike Magrum, P.Eng., to the board of directors. Mr. Magrum has over 30 years of experience in designing and implementing exploration programs worldwide. He is a director of a number of public companies and was an original director of Seabridge Gold. Mr. Mike England recently resigned as director of the company to pursue other interest. The Company would like to thank Mr. England for all his contributions to date.
