Zone Resources Inc. Pays off Loan to North American Gem

January 20, 2010: Zone Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ZNR) (Zone) announces that payment of $233,287.67(CND) has been submitted to North American Gem Inc. (NAG) (TSX-V symbol: NAG) for the loan previously announced. NAG has now received the complete reimbursement of the loan.
